Making Minnesota First Among Fifty

WE THE PEOPLE of St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Golden Valley need a stronger economy in Minnesota, with more and better jobs. To be employment-friendly, we must become more employer-friendly. We cannot afford to discourage any more private employers, investors, or entrepreneurs from choosing to do business in Minnesota.

We can't afford more of the same. While business and family incomes shrink, we cannot afford more and more government. More government is not the solution to every problem. All too often, more government is the problem.

See "The Hard Facts" here.

Paul understands our district and Minnesota. His children are growing up here in Hennepin County, just as he did. He graduated from the University of Minnesota (B.A., Physics & Math) and University of Illinois (Ph.D., Math). He has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors.

Paul's worked teaching math and computer systems in private and public colleges and universities in Illinois, Virginia, Arkansas, and Minnesota. He has learned as much from the world of business as from school. Over the past 15 years, he's developed financial reporting and computer systems for a number of Twin Cities area businesses.

Paul is ready to represent our district in the Minnesota Senate. We hope that you will agree.

We can't afford more of the same.

"We understand the appropriate role of government in promoting jobs, prosperity, and economic growth. Our Senate District neighbors and all Minnesotans should be concerned by the rapid expansion of government as a burden on our economy, our employers, our families, and our children’s futures.  I look forward to representing St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Golden Valley in the Minnesota Senate."
